At Dental Studio, we believe that behind every qualified dental nurse is a team committed to support, growth, and encouragement. We\u2019re so proud to celebrate the achievements of our newly qualified dental nurse, Imogen, who has shared her inspiring journey with us. Her dedication, hard work, and passion for patient care are a true reflection of the values we uphold and a testament to what can be achieved through teamwork and mentorship.<\/p>\n

Read on to hear Imogen\u2019s story in her own words.<\/p>\n

“Two years ago, I started my journey at Dental Studio,\u00a0 and what a journey it\u2019s been! I\u2019m incredibly proud (and still a little in shock!) to now be a qualified dental nurse. Looking back, I feel so grateful for the support, encouragement, and opportunities I\u2019ve had along the way.<\/p>\n

From the moment I joined the team, I was welcomed with open arms. I\u2019ve had the chance to work alongside some amazing clinicians who\u2019ve all played a part in my growth. Whether it was working with Emma, our lead hygienist, or assisting Dr Emmanouil, Dr Behari, or Dr Usha Ramjas, each one of them has taught me something different and valuable. I\u2019ve gained so much confidence, knowledge, and experience just by being around such a skilled and supportive team.<\/p>\n

One of the most exciting parts of my journey has been the opportunity to grow into a more specialised role. I now work closely with Dr Usha Ramjas, focusing on Invisalign treatments. I\u2019ve learned to take patient scans and clinical photographs, and I\u2019ve even started seeing my own consultations as a treatment co-ordinator, something I never imagined I\u2019d be doing so soon! It\u2019s both exciting and empowering to feel trusted in this role, and it\u2019s really deepened my passion for what I do.<\/p>\n

What I love most about working at Dental Studio isn\u2019t just the career progression, although that\u2019s been amazing, but the people. We\u2019ve genuinely become like a little family. We support each other, we laugh together, and we always maintain that perfect balance of professionalism and fun.<\/p>\n

Looking back, I\u2019m incredibly proud of how far I\u2019ve come and even more excited about what\u2019s ahead. Thank you to everyone at Dental Studio for believing in me and helping me find my path. I can\u2019t wait to see where this journey takes me next. ”<\/p>\n
