At Dental Studio, the first smile you see when you walk through the door isn\u2019t always wearing scrubs. Sometimes it\u2019s as you enter through our doors! Today we\u2019re shining a spotlight on one of our wonderful front-of-house team members, Kirsty, who keeps our practice running smoothly while making every patient feel welcome and at ease.<\/p>\n

Kirsty joined the Dental Studio family in 2021 and has been brightening our reception area ever since. If you\u2019ve visited us before, chances are you\u2019ve already met her,\u00a0 you\u2019ll probably hear her before you see her! Kirsty proudly admits she\u2019s the loudest one in the practice, but that energy comes from her genuine passion for helping people.<\/p>\n

Her role as a dental receptionist is much more than answering the phone or booking appointments. Kirsty is the friendly face that greets you when you arrive, the calm voice when you\u2019re feeling a little nervous about treatment, and the organised multitasker making sure your visit runs seamlessly from start to finish.<\/p>\n

We often compare our reception team to swans, calm and graceful on the surface, while beneath the water their legs are working incredibly hard. That\u2019s exactly what happens at our front desk every day. While patients see a warm welcome and relaxed atmosphere, Kirsty is quietly coordinating schedules, answering queries, assisting patients, and supporting the clinical team behind the scenes.<\/p>\n

Before joining Dental Studio, Kirsty built a successful career in corporate insurance,<\/strong> where she developed extensive experience in customer care and understanding clients\u2019 needs. That background shines through in everything she does here, she takes the time to listen, support, and ensure every patient has the best possible experience. Kirsty is also a busy working mum who gracefully balances the art of motherhood with her professional career beautifully (Although she doesn’t always feel it, but we do!).<\/p>\n

But what Kirsty enjoys most about her role is the people.<\/p>\n

\u201cI absolutely love my job and love seeing our wonderful patients on a daily basis,\u201d she says. \u201cBeing able to welcome everyone and help them feel comfortable when they come in is the best part of my day.\u201d<\/p>\n

Whether it\u2019s remembering your name, sharing a laugh at reception, or making sure your appointment runs smoothly, Kirsty is always ready with a warm welcome.<\/p>\n

We are incredibly lucky to have her as part of the Dental Studio team, her enthusiasm, dedication to customer service, and infectious personality make her an absolute asset to our practice.<\/p>\n
