The WDN was founded to truly empower and support women in dentistry, providing a platform to pursue their passions, overcome a variety of personal challenges, and excel in various aspects of the profession, including clinical practice, specialisation, education, research, industry, and professional bodies.
As a passionate advocate for networking with like-minded professionals, Dr. Usha greatly valued the opportunity to engage with all attendees, listen to their journey not just on a professional basis but on a deeper personal level, Usha also got to share her expertise in dentistry, business, as well as her own personal life experiences and challenges to support others. The event proved to be an incredibly empowering and inspiring experience.
