We’ve been keeping a little secret… and now it’s finally time to share it!
Behind the scenes here at Dental Studio, our team quietly came together to enter Dr. Usha into the prestigious Private Dentistry Awards, without her initially knowing, until it was too late! Those who know Usha will understand why: she’s never one to blow her own trumpet. Her focus is always on her patients, her team, the practice and of course her family, not on personal recognition. But we all knew it was time her dedication, compassion, and leadership were celebrated.
Our entry came straight from the heart. We wanted to recognise everything Usha stands for:

- Her integrity and the strong ethical principles that guide every decision she makes
- Her inspiring leadership. balancing the demands of running a busy business while supporting every member of the team (and her family) with warmth and compassion
To say we’re proud is an understatement. Reaching the finals of the Private Dentistry Awards is an incredible achievement, but for us, this has always been about something deeper , letting Usha know just how much she is valued and appreciated every single day.
Dentistry can be a tough industry behind the scenes, from patient communication and coordination with our clinical experts, to maintaining precise records, meeting compliance standards, and supporting both the emotional and professional growth of our team. Through it all, Usha leads with compassion, calmness, and clarity.
We’re not boasting, just genuinely proud to work alongside someone who inspires us daily. So yes, the secret is out… and we think Usha may just forgive us and Dr Neresh, for being so sneaky (eventually!).
