Dental Studio is now officially a Digital Smile Design (DSD) Accredited Practice, making us one of only four accredited practices in the United Kingdom.
This is a significant milestone for our team and reflects our continued commitment to providing exceptional patient care, world-class dentistry and truly life-changing smile transformations.
What is Digital Smile Design (DSD)?
Digital Smile Design is recognised internationally as one of the most advanced approaches to planning and delivering cosmetic and restorative dentistry.

Learning from the Founder of Digital Smile Design
One of the reasons this accreditation is so special is our long-standing relationship with Dr Christian Coachman, the internationally recognised founder of the Digital Smile Design concept.
Based in Miami, USA, Dr Coachman is one of the world’s leading authorities in digital aesthetic dentistry. Originally trained as both a dental technician and dentist, he has dedicated his career to transforming the way clinicians around the world diagnose, plan and deliver smile makeovers.
Through his pioneering vision, Dr Coachman has developed a completely new philosophy of patient-centred dentistry that combines digital technology, facial aesthetics, interdisciplinary collaboration and exceptional communication.
Today, thousands of dentists across the globe have adopted the DSD philosophy, but only a select number of practices achieve full DSD Accreditation.
We have had the privilege of training with Dr Coachman over many years and continue to work closely within the DSD community.
Most recently, our whole team completed further advanced training from Dr Luken de Arbeloa, DSD Education Strategy Director and one of the world’s leading educators in Digital Smile Design, who works alongside DSD founder Dr Christian Coachman.
